Made With High Temperature Silicone Rubber. Not Cheap Low Temperature EPDM Rubber
CHIMSOC high temperature pitched tile pipe flashings are the solution for flashing pipes through tiled roofs. Manufactured using HIGH TEMPERATURE silicone rubber, with a flexible aluminium base to allow the pipe flashing base to be adjusted to suit almost any contour.
HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE
Silicone rubber has a MUCH higher temperature resistance then EPDM rubber. Our silicone pipe flashings can be used from -50 to +225 Degrees C, and up to 260 Degrees C intermittently. It is recommended to use silicone pipe flashings for wood burning and multi fuel stove installations.

Base dimensions:- 605mm x 505mm
Suits Pipe Diameters:- 75mm to 200mm (3" to 8")
Suits Roof Pitches:- 20-45 degrees
Temperature Range:- -50 to +225 Degrees C, and up to 260 Degrees C intermittently.
Installation
1. Pull tab design to correct size using pliers, alternatively cut using a stanley knife.
2. Apply silicone sealant to back of flashing.
3. Remove tiles around pipe and slide flashing over pipe.
4. Fasten flashing to the roof.
5. Cut tile to fit to the top of the flashing allowing the bottom of the flashing metal base to sit on top of the tiles.
