MASTER FLASH MULTI FLASH PIPE FLASHINGS
Master Flash Multi Flash roof pipe flashings are an essential roofing accessory designed to provide a reliable, weatherproof seal for pipes that penetrate your roof. Multi Flash combines the best of both worlds by offering two installation options in one product: it can function as a Standard Master Flash when left whole, or as a Retrofit Master Flash when cut open to accommodate existing penetrations. Available in either EPDM or Silicone, these pipe flashings are designed to fit a wide range of pipe sizes and roof pitches.
MATERIALS - EPDM
Known for its outstanding weathering properties, EPDM offers excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and extreme temperature fluctuations. It remains highly flexible, even in cold temperatures, which makes it ideal for roofing systems in areas with significant temperature changes.
MATERIALS - SILICONE
Silicone flashings, on the other hand, provide superior high-temperature resistance and can handle extreme heat without breaking down or losing its sealing properties. It is perfect for applications where heat resistance is a priority, such as near chimneys or exhaust pipes.
